Rhythm Golf is a golf putting training mat that rolls like a real green. True-rolling surface, real speed, seventy-two holes and a metronome in your ear. One simple idea: your tempo stays the same, only the length of the stroke changes.

A golf putting training mat, a guided app and a metronome, working as one. The mat gives you the marks, the app gives you the round, the metronome gives you the tempo.
01 — The mat
Real speed, every mark has a meaning.
A 400 × 50 cm putting training mat with a true-rolling surface that plays at real green speed, so what you learn on it carries to the course. Start dots at 4 and 7 feet, a hole with its tolerance ring, distance zones behind it and a stroke ladder that shows how far back to take the putter.
02 — The app
A round, not a drill.
Each hole explains the exercise, animates the path on the mat, then lets you mark your three balls. Validate the hole, then the card of nine. Free with the mat, for iOS and Android.
03 — The metronome
Three beeps, every time.
Start, top of the backswing, impact. The way back lasts twice as long as the way through. Short putt or long putt, the beat stays the same.
The 2:1 tempo
Natural tempo. Consistent Rhythm. Different stroke length.
Measured on tour, good putters share one timing: the backstroke takes about twice as long as the forward stroke, roughly 0.6 s back and 0.3 s to impact, whatever the length of the putt. Rhythm builds on it: you keep the beat, the ladder sets the length, the distance follows.

Start back. The putter leaves the ball.

Top of the backswing. Two counts to get there.

Impact. One count to come back through the ball.

Default tempo: 0.6 s back, 0.3 s through. Change the stroke length: the putter travels further, the timing doesn't move.
The course
Four levels. Seventy-two holes.
Cards of nine holes. Pass the card, move on. The aids come off as you climb.

One tempo, many distances: the length of the stroke controls the roll.
